Paul Parker – Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer
Paul Parker is a qualified Personal Trainer, with the skills to design individual program, for all members, depending on their needs and objectives.
He is also fully First Aid certified, including CPR. Paul is a gregarious person who thoroughly enjoys helping people achieve their goals while having fun.
Tina McLaren – Fitness Instructor
Tina McLaren holds a degree in Biochemistry with postgraduate qualifications in Psychology and Community Development and a Cert III in Fitness and Aged Care. Tina works locally in in the aged care sector and is particularly keen to target the health and fitness needs of our ageing community.
“We need to shake up the idea gyms are for 19-24 year olds,” says Tina. Tina is interested in working with doctors and researchers to help explore the benefits of strength training for diseases like dementia and osteoporosis and large movement exercises, like boxing, for Parkinson’s disease.
