“As part of our fitness campaign, my friend Cathie and I decided to give the gym a try as an alternative to walking on rainy days. Three years later we are committed Gym Buddies and attend the Range Community Gym twice a week. In the beginning the commitment to meet someone was the incentive I needed to get to the gym before work. Now it’s part of my weekly routine.
My purpose for attending was to strengthen my core muscles, tone up and keep “middle aged spread” at bay. With expert instruction provided by Paul, equipment that seemed foreign and challenging at the beginning now helps me work towards those goals.
Cathie and I spend about 1 hour at the gym, the funny thing is, if one of us is away the same routine takes about half the time.”
